Q: How is this different from mass-produced wood wall art?
A: Each Roma piece is individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional woodworking techniques, creating unique variations that machine production cannot replicate.
Q: What type of wall mounting is required?
A: The piece requires sturdy wall anchors appropriate for your wall type, given its substantial 42.5-inch height and handcrafted wood construction.
Q: Will the walnut finish fade over time?
A: The walnut finish is designed for longevity, though like all natural wood finishes, it may develop character over time when properly cared for.
Q: Is this suitable for humid environments like bathrooms?
A: Pine wood performs best in stable indoor environments with consistent humidity levels, making living rooms and bedrooms ideal locations.
Q: How do I know if this scale works in my space?
A: At 42.5 inches tall, this piece works beautifully on walls with at least 8-foot ceilings, creating dramatic vertical interest without overwhelming the room.
Q: What makes Honduran woodworking special?
A: The artisans in Sabana Grande carry forward generations of traditional techniques, combining time-honored skills with contemporary design sensibilities.
Q: Can this be hung horizontally instead?
A: The Roma is specifically designed as a vertical sculpture, with proportions and assembly that showcase the natural wood grain in this orientation.
