How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@theevergood.com immediately with your order number and a brief reason for your return request. We will work hard to make things right for you!
  2. We will review your request and respond with next steps based on the maker's return policies.
  3. If the maker accepts returns, we will provide instructions, including any return shipping details.
  4. Please note that returns are not guaranteed and are dependent upon each maker's unique return policies.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Each maker has its own return policy, which may impact eligibility.
  • Some items may be final sale or non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are determined by the maker and may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Whenever possible, we encourage exchanges instead of refunds.
  • If eligible, we may offer store credit or an exchange for a different size, variant, color, or product.
  • Some makers offer a discount incentive for exchanges, which we will pass along to you if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately with photos.
  • We will work with the maker to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the maker receives and approves the return (if applicable).
  • Some makers may charge a restocking fee or issue refunds as store credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Important Notes

  • Drop-Off & Return Shipping: Some brands may provide prepaid return labels, while others require the customer to cover return shipping. We will inform you of the specific brand’s policy when you request a return.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
  • Custom, Perishable, or Final Sale Items: Some items (e.g., food, hygiene products, personalized orders) may not be eligible for returns based on brand policy.
